Branch Administrative Assistant

Boss Inc. is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to work for a client in Hampton Roads. This person will support the Virginia Beach branch of a large company.  This position reports directly to the Director of the branch. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for onboarding and training tasks for new branch/branch support office staff.

  • Facilitates SOP orientation, training, and audits.

  • Facilitates new branch set ups.

  • Maintains the team and contact/location portions of the business website.

  • Maintains office supplies/postage for the branch support office.

  • Oversees facilities maintenance, housekeeping, office furnishings and décor for the branch support office.

  • Oversees the office safety and security SOP for the branches and branch support offices.

  • Administers the vehicle operation SOP and manages accidents involving business owned vehicles.

  • Responsible for A/P invoice processing for the branch support office.

  • Manages business wireless accounts; and responsible for credit card administration.

  • Administers the licenses, certs, and reporting SOP. Local and state licenses are maintained by branches.

  • Maintains business organizational/entity documents, SAM registration, and SCC filings.

  • Administers business IT and cybersecurity.

Skills:                                             

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
