Branch Administrative Assistant
Boss Inc. is looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to work for a client in Hampton Roads. This person will support the Virginia Beach branch of a large company. This position reports directly to the Director of the branch. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for onboarding and training tasks for new branch/branch support office staff.
Facilitates SOP orientation, training, and audits.
Facilitates new branch set ups.
Maintains the team and contact/location portions of the business website.
Maintains office supplies/postage for the branch support office.
Oversees facilities maintenance, housekeeping, office furnishings and décor for the branch support office.
Oversees the office safety and security SOP for the branches and branch support offices.
Administers the vehicle operation SOP and manages accidents involving business owned vehicles.
Responsible for A/P invoice processing for the branch support office.
Manages business wireless accounts; and responsible for credit card administration.
Administers the licenses, certs, and reporting SOP. Local and state licenses are maintained by branches.
Maintains business organizational/entity documents, SAM registration, and SCC filings.
Administers business IT and cybersecurity.
Skills:
2-4 years of administrative experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
